We firmly believe our network is among the best in the country; though it may not be the largest, our tutors are all experts in their fields and each has a passion for learning and education. Whatever stage your child is at, we’re certain we can pair them with the perfect online tutor to

How it Works
Our process has 3 stages:

1. The Consultation
Firstly, Phoebe will meet with you and your child to understand your particular tuition needs. The more information you are able to share with us, the better we can cater for your child. This can be either in person depending on location or by phone/zoom.

2. The Match
Once we have a clear idea of what your needs are, Phoebe will handpick the perfect tutor for you. An introductory online meeting will take place between tutor, parent and child to help the two form a partnership.

3. The Contract
Once you’ve agreed the tutor is best suited to you, we will arrange an electronic contract to be sent out. These contracts run termly, you will be nudged before the end of each contract period to see if you would like to continue into the next.

The student gets access to tutors anywhere, so the amount of choice is much greater and so the working relationship is likely to be a lot better.
The tuition itself can be much more tailored to the needs of the individual as the tutor doesn’t need to take into account an entire class, and it also tends to be more affordable than in person tutoring, especially when taking into account transportation costs.
Types of Online Tuition We Offer
GCSE
Our subject specific GCSE tutors offer specialist teaching that’s tailored to the specific
exam board your child’s school uses. We teach all subjects at GCSE level.
A-Level
Like GCSE, we also offer online tutoring for all A Level subjects. The exam specifications and topics covered can vary quite significantly between different examining bodies, but our tutors know this and know the differences in content between exam boards. We can utilise this knowledge to pair you with the best teacher to assist, and they will tailor their lessons to suit the exact exams your child will be sitting.

Examination Preparation ~ 7+, 9+, 10+, 11+, 13+
Our experienced teachers will teach your child how to navigate the endless exam techniques and content around these exams. We focus on teaching English comprehension and creative writing, maths reasoning and both verbal and non-verbal reasoning.
For the infamous 11+ we suggest preparation begins towards the end of Year 4. Since Covid, schools are continually adapting their entrance examination process, but once you have short-listed your choices we can give you a breakdown of the process for each school. We do the research to help you prepare, saving you time and stress. Phoebe has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon regarding this area and is always happy to discuss with parents their thoughts about school choices. We request the latest CAT4 tests if available to inform us of your child’s capabilities.
Primary and Secondary Curriculum Support
All our online tutors also teach in schools, and as such are masters of the curriculum. Their knowledge gives our students the confidence to ask questions and develop themselves, exceeding their expectations and becoming their best.
Special Educational Support (SEN)
If your child has additional needs then we are more than happy to help. We will work closely with you to understand your goals and any additional factors that need to be taken into consideration and will pair you with the best tutor to help. We offer support to SEN students of all ages and work tirelessly to ensure their educational experience is as smooth as possible. We help students with conditions including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ADHD, ASD and Speech and Language difficulties.
